two women. one Face. our Film.
Our 100% women film project is a short thriller about how celebrity and
identity theft can lead to a woman's cold revenge.
"The Flip Side' explores female's revenge so it was clear I had to surround myself mainly with women, it was obvious! That's why I decided to have an all female cast & crew." - Rosalie Carn, director
A famous actress, locked in a room of the Film Awards ceremony is forced to watch the show as her double delivers her vengeance.
Revenge is best served cold and live.
"We like the paradox of telling a story about women's rivalry and vengeance while gathering an all-women team to make the movie. Proving that women should help each other and collaborate. Rather than fighting each other, they demonstrate that the best way to create and thrive in the film industry is to have each other's backs!"

MEET THE crew
The Flip Slide had her at "all female cast & crew". Even in her short career, she have several times been witness to excess of power from male figures on set, to the point of it being uncomfortable. She was excited to be part of a project that would turn that on its head, to be surrounded by a safe environment and to tell a story about women.

GHISLAINE VEDEL
EDITOR
Freelance designer for the stage, screen, and runway. For an American, London's creative community has provided incredible opportunities such as The Flip Side. A background in Industrial Design has lent itself full-handedly to technical and conceptual aspects of scenic design.Virginia Woolf, Buckminster Fuller, Le Corbusier, Tim Burton, and Jacques Fresco greatly influenced my work, as have the Bauhaus, Futurist & Memphis design movements. A passion for the creative power of design to positively change the world is paramount to any work within the field, especially now, and even more within film and media.

Why The Flip Side? Passion is the first thing and power is the second. Passion for a group of women in dedication and creation of something that has always been a men's thing. And the power to show the world that we exist and we can. Women can be moms but also creators and dreamers.
